Nat Cat Policy Area 5: PIA Agency Action Manual

PIA member agencies both as insurance operations and small-to-mid-size businesses seek guidance in how to constantly improve their individual preparedness, business response to an event, and how they continue to financially support their business operations over the short-and-long term.

After every major event, PIA reviews and updates the comprehensive manual made available to PIA members for the past 25+ years. We are doing so again. We are also responding to our members’ request to add a simplified and generic planning process outline that they can use this with their PL & CL customers.
