New Business Guidelines:

» Will write agencies writing substantial volume in life and health lines
» Will write start ups if licensed one year and with three years of related insurance experience
» $2,500 minimum deductible
» $2,000 minimum premium for 1/1 limit with 5k ded. plus $150 policy fee
» Limits available to $5MM/$5MM (higher limits can be arranged)
» Application accepted from agencies in all states

» Will write agents and brokers involved in writing most lines including:

Long haul trucking
TPA activities
Mutual fund sales
Wet marine
Environmental/pollution
Medical & hospital malpractice
Crop & hail
Surety bonds
Aviation
Heavy workers’ comp
Non-standard auto
Oil & gas operations

Policy features include:

Full prior acts protection for qualifying applicants
Claims made and reported (within 30 days of cancellation or expiration) form
Defense outside of limits for qualifying applicants
Triple annual deductible aggregate for qualifying applicants
$25,000 sub-limit for EPL claims made against the agency
$100,000 "defense only" sub-limit for insolvency
Bilateral two way extended reporting period provision
Blanket independent contractor coverage
Mutual funds & variable annuities option
Covers suits brought against the insured in the U.S., it's territories and possessions, and Canada
