Please follow the steps below if you are unable to login to PIANET:

I. Login Before Trying to Enter MyPIANET

To access MyPIANET you must first login. Otherwise you will get a message that says "The page cannot be displayed." To login, click on the Members Only button at the top of the page. Once you've logged in, you'll be in the Members Only section which contains a link to MyPIANET.

II. Delete Old "Favorites/Bookmark" Entry and Create a New One

If you arrived at www.PIANET.com via an old entry in your "Favorites" or "Bookmarks" list, this link is probably no longer valid. If the link takes you directly to a member login screen this is almost certainly the case. If this has happened to you, you may have experienced a situation in which you attempt to login and are continually prompted to login again. Follow the steps below to fix this:

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to "Favorites" and right-mouse-click on the entry for www.PIANET.com (it may have a different name indicating it is PIA National's website). A menu should appear.
  2. Choose "Delete" in the menu that appears and then click "Yes" to delete the old entry.
  3. Manually navigate to www.PIANET.com by typing the web address in the address field (even if you are already at PIANET please do this).
  4. To make a new "Favorites" entry click "Favorites" and then "Add to Favorites"
  5. To login, go to the Members Only section and attempt to login.
